Verse if You Continue in the Faith

Bible Verses about 'Continue'

« Devote yourselves to prayer, being watchful and thankful. Colossians 4:2 »

  • I have made you known to them, and will continue to make you known in order that the love you have for me may be in them and that I myself may be in them.
  • Devote yourselves to prayer, being watchful and thankful.
  • Many will be purified, made spotless and refined, but the wicked will continue to be wicked. None of the wicked will understand, but those who are wise will understand.
  • What shall we say, then? Shall we go on sinning so that grace may increase? By no means! We are those who have died to sin; how can we live in it any longer?
  • And now, dear children, continue in him, so that when he appears we may be confident and unashamed before him at his coming.
  • Keep on loving one another as brothers and sisters. Do not forget to show hospitality to strangers, for by so doing some people have shown hospitality to angels without knowing it.
  • God is not unjust; he will not forget your work and the love you have shown him as you have helped his people and continue to help them.
  • May God bless us still,
so that all the ends of the earth will fear him.
  • To the Jews who had believed him, Jesus said, "If you hold to my teaching, you are really my disciples. Then you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free."
  • Above all, love each other deeply, because love covers over a multitude of sins.
  • Dear friends, let us love one another, for love comes from God. Everyone who loves has been born of God and knows God.
  • For the Lord your God is gracious and compassionate. He will not turn his face from you if you return to him.
  • The heavens declare the glory of God;
the skies proclaim the work of his hands.

night after night they reveal knowledge.

  • I am torn between the two: I desire to depart and be with Christ, which is better by far; but it is more necessary for you that I remain in the body.
  • But whoever looks intently into the perfect law that gives freedom, and continues in it—not forgetting what they have heard, but doing it—they will be blessed in what they do.
  • I write these things to you who believe in the name of the Son of God so that you may know that you have eternal life.
  • As for you, see that what you have heard from the beginning remains in you. If it does, you also will remain in the Son and in the Father.
  • Every day they continued to meet together in the temple courts. They broke bread in their homes and ate together with glad and sincere hearts, praising God and enjoying the favor of all the people. And the Lord added to their number daily those who were being saved.
  • Now, brothers and sisters, I want to remind you of the gospel I preached to you, which you received and on which you have taken your stand. By this gospel you are saved, if you hold firmly to the word I preached to you. Otherwise, you have believed in vain.
  • But God has helped me to this very day; so I stand here and testify to small and great alike. I am saying nothing beyond what the prophets and Moses said would happen— that the Messiah would suffer and, as the first to rise from the dead, would bring the message of light to his own people and to the Gentiles.

Bible verse of the day

For the eyes of the Lord are on the righteous
and his ears are attentive to their prayer,
but the face of the Lord is against those who do evil.

Random Bible Verse

Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It does not dishonor others, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs.
